DDU - Delivered at Destination
Delivered at destination (DDU) means that risk passes to the buyer when the seller transports the goods to the named place of destination or to a mutually agreed upon named point of delivery in the region, where the goods are on board the arriving transport vehicle, ready to be unloaded and placed at the buyer's disposal. The seller assumes all risks during transportation of the goods to the named place of destination or named point of delivery in the region. For the purposes of this Incoterms, delivery and arrival at the place of destination have the same meaning.
